Es una tartaleta de masa quebrada con una base de mermelada de naranja natural de elaboración propia.
ORIGEN DEL TABALET
El abuelo del hoy propietario, Bartolomé Ibáñez Navarro, en el año 1921 aperturó un horno de pan en la localidad de Nules (Castellón). Su afición era tocar el instrumento musical denominado “Tabalet” (tambor).
Es muy típico es nuestros pueblos llamar por el mote o sus vecinos; de modo que a la panadería que fundo aquel panadero le llamó FORN DE TABAL (Horno de Tabal).
La saga familiar continuó con su hijo Bartolomé Ibáñez González, padre del hoy titular de la empresa, a la cual le dedicó toda su vida profesional junto a su esposa Teresa Sorribes Oliver y sus hijos Bartolomé, Mayte y Xavier.
De las muchas recetas que tenemos y hacemos, nos sorprendió una receta de la cual solo teníamos sus ingredientes, pero no su forma de elaborarla. Iniciamos un proceso de búsqueda y pruebas con nuestros profesionales, capitaneado con el maestro pastelero DANIEL MARTÍ y empezamos a hacer el proceso de elaboración de la tartaleta de naranja hasta conseguir el producto final, que en honor a su fundador se le ha llamado “Tabalet”
Hoy, el tabalet, es nuestro producto estrella del grupo por ser único en España y de elaboración propia y artesanal.
PRESENTACIÓN
EL “Tabalet” va con una caja de un diseño especial, sobre las naranjas de nuestra tierra y es perfecto para regalar.
Su conservación es ideal a lo largo del año, dado que no necesita frío; y su caducidad es muy larga y soporta tanto temperaturas altas como frías.
